Occasionally, Substiutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country.  Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value or above value when substituting.  Please excuse Mother Nature from time to time as certain flower’s color shades may vary depending on the season and the location from which our fresh flowers are gathered.  Please understand the pictures on the website are meant to be a guide and due to the variations and availability from the grower we cannot reproduce a picture exactly.  Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake containers/vases may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.

We usually call the recipient before we deliver to home deliveries.  We do this for several reasons. We find that many people aren't answering their door if they are not expecting someone.  With many people using mobile devices to place their order, it's easy to type in a wrong house number or reverse the numbers, therefore we are getting a lot of wrong addresses.  We confirm the address with the recipient. We rarely leave flowers on the front porch unless we have spoken with the recipient to make sure they know to check for the flowers and to confirm the address.  In extreme temperatures, we will not leave the flowers on the front porch.  If it is insisted that we leave them in extreme temperatures, Allen Flower Shop will not be responsible for the condition of the flowers. Not providing a phone number for the recipient could result in a delay in the delivery or non delivery.  If the correct phone number isn't given and we have to re-deliver this will result in an extra delivery fee.  For your delivery to go smooth please help us by providing the recipients phone number.
